An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-regarded construction and property services contractor as a Health and Safety Advisor. The organisation have a turnover of over £80 million, and are looking at expanding the health and safety team due to company growth. This role will suit an individual who is looking to grow and develop with a forward thinking construction company.

Responsibilities for the Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Advisor will include:

• Implementing health and safety policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and keeping updated with key changes to legislation
• Visiting site and engaging with managers, ensuring responsibilities are clear and answering technical Health and Safety related enquires
• Assist with training, toolbox talks, inductions and investigating incidents where required
• Conducting audits and inspections. Constantly seeking areas for improvement and development in health and safety performance

The successful Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Advisor will have:

• Experience in a similar role ideally within construction, property or building maintenance.
• Hold a NEBOSH Qualification
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
