M&E Building Services Manager (Automotive Manufacturing Environment)
Location: Northamptonshire
Contract Length: 2-3 Months (potential for extension)
Daily Rate: £400-£500 per day (DOE)

Are you an experienced M&E Building Services professional with a background in manufacturing, seeking an opportunity to work with a cutting-edge automotive manufacturing business?

If so, this contract with a leading manufacturer in the automobile industry could be just what you're after. As a M&E Building Services Manager, you'll have the chance to contribute to some of their most critical heavy engineering and high-risk operations on a key part of their site.

The contract is set to start with an initial 2-3 month term, with the possibility of extension based on the company's evolving needs.

Responsibilities for the M&E Building Services Manager:

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for building services and manufacturing machinery.
• Oversee the operation and compliance of HVAC systems, CNC equipment, and other industrial machinery.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and organise rapid-response repairs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise operational efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance across all activities.

The successful M&E Building Services Manager will have:

• Proven experience in M&E building services within a manufacturing environment, ideally automotive.
• Expertise in HVAC systems, CNC machinery, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Strong organisational skills to manage schedules and operational priorities effectively.
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
