Responsibilities of the Project Safety Manager will include:

• Conducting risk assessments across the engineering infrastructure of the commercial buildings
• Supporting the wider business units in the development and delivery of strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the projects function
• Assessment and development of the health and safety management systems to ensure that it reflects best practice
• To analyse risk across the critical working environment and then create and drive strategy to mitigate those risks

The successful Project Safety Manager will have:

• Proven experience within property or the built environment, ideally from a facilities management or engineering background
• Proven experience working in the built environment of which involves working with the likes of water systems, pressure pumps, HVAC and other building infrastructures.
• A NEBOSH diploma (or equivalent) and relevant membership of a professional body (e.g. Chartered Member of IOSH or working towards)
• Good working understanding of relevant ISO systems (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001)
