Your new company
Your new company is well-known within the Social Housing sector and provides supporting schemes for its customers. This role will sit under the Building Safety Team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will provide competent advice to managers to ensure Health and Safety is being carried out effectively. You will also commit to creating a safe and healthy environment for your teams, customers and contractors. In addition, you will support your colleagues in the investigation of RIDDOR reports, and ensure the organisations COSHH registers are maintained. Furthermore, you will complete DSE assessments at a desk, monitor loss events and hazard reports.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in a similar role as co-ordinator or advisor. You will need to hold a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate with demonstrable experience in a similar role. A minimum of Tech IOSH status. You must hold a UK driving licence.
