Your new company is well-known within the Facilities Management sector and provides a range of services from cleaning, catering and consultancy to local authorities within London. The post holder will report to the Head of Health and Safety.
Your new role
In your new role, you will embed a Heath and Safety culture throughout the organisation, as well as conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation is being met. You will also be supporting the Head of Health and Safety in the development of polices and undertake investigations and of all RIDDORS and monitor incident reports. In addition, you will provide advice and guidance to the operational teams as well as other stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hold a NEBOSH General Certificate/Diploma or equivalent (essential). Member of GRAD IOSH or working towards CMIOSH. Previous health and safety experience within a Local Authority or Education. Experience of working, advising on or managing buildings related to health and safety, e.g. asbestos, legionella etc.
