Your new role
As a Commercial Sales & Marketing Executive, your role is to contribute to and execute the commercial business plans within the organisation. Working alongside the commercial sales team, you will be responsible for achieving the annual sales target set by the Head of Venues, and aligning with the University's strategy for 2030. In this position, you will have the freedom to negotiate and design sales and marketing strategies, supported by the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager. You will conduct market research on competitor products, create a digital marketing schedule, and produce relevant marketing material, including website updates and social media content.

What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, as well as previous experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar role. You should have experience in content writing, design, and flyer creation, and be familiar with working in an events environment. Exceptional communication skills, excellent convincing abilities, and outstanding sales skills are necessary for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- A level qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent organisation, administration and planning skills
