Group Health & Safety Advisor

Hy-Ten Limited is a leading stockist and fabricator of concrete reinforcement bar, mesh and accessories. We have a nationwide network of 14 manufacturing centres from which we provide an innovative, rapid and cost-effective service to building and civil engineering contractors throughout the UK, Eire and the World.

Hy-Ten is a major distributor of industrial welded mesh, security fencing, gabions and other land reinforcement products. We manufacture structural steelwork and general steel fabrications.

The Hy-Ten Group is based at Richmond, Surrey, U.K. and currently has an annual turnover of £210 million. Established in 1958, Hy-Ten celebrated its 65th anniversary in 2023.

We are looking for an experienced Group Health & Safety Advisor to join our busy team here at Hy-Ten. The role will be based at our Liverpool branch, but heavily involves travelling to the manufacturing centres around the UK to advise and implement H&S procedures and assist in putting them into practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety systems across the company, working with the individual branches to ensure all health and safety documentation is kept up to date and implemented effectively.

The successful candidate is required to hold NEBOSH at diploma level as a minimum.
