Aviation Safety Manager

Responsible to the Accountable Person, you will bring a wealth of Aviation Safety experience to this business-critical role. Combining your expertise with our reputation for delivery safe working practices across all of our operations at Heathrow, we will be a formidable team!

Your proven reputation as a Safety Champion will give you the grounding required for taking our Aviation Safety to the next level of excellence. Strong organisational skills and a desire for driving a behavioural safety culture alongside technical expertise will be second nature to you, with communication and continuous improvement being some of your strong points. Experience of safety initiatives at all levels of the business will be critical, as well as driving best practice and operational safety measures. Experience of driving safety performance and delivering results are a must! Your passion for excellence will be in line with our commitment to Aviation Safety, Quality and a Just Culture.

It is anticipated that you will be a NEBOSH Diploma qualified (or equivalent) and experienced Safety professional, holding relevant qualifications that will give you the professional background required for success in this role. Due to the nature of our operations, this role is based on-site in our terminal and head office areas.
