Health and Safety trainer

HSE Recruitment are currently exclusively working with a successful and growing safety, HR and compliance consultancy on the recruitment of a Health and Safety Trainer. This role is offered on a permanent basis and would be based from their office in Leicester, with travel to client sites in the area.
 
As a Health and Safety Trainer our client is looking for a trainer with a real passion for the industry and drive to develop and learn. Our client work across multiple sectors so any sector background will be considered, what is most important is looking for the right personality and approach to fit with the style of our client. You will need to be engaging and personable, able to pick things up quickly and with an aptitude for building relationships with people.  
 
As a Health and Safety Trainer, you will be delivering already established training modules such as IOSH Managing Safely to clients across the Midlands and will also have the opportunity to work with clients on bespoke training plans specific to their needs.  You will be expected to travel fairly regularly for this role, mostly across the Midlands but there may be need to travel further afield dependent on client needs.
 
As a Health and Safety Trainer you will be NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum, alongside a PTTLS Certification. We are open on backgrounds and industry, but a trainer with experience of working across multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage.
