The HSE Recruitment Network has been engaged to recruit a Regional Health & Safety Advisor for a leading construction business, involved in a diverse portfolio of work, centred around utilities and electrical infrastructure.

Regional Health & Safety Advisor – Construction

Salary: £60,000 + car

Location: Central Belt Scotland

Are you looking to develop your health & safety career? Do you want to join a leading construction business?

You will promote a safe working environment across a number of active construction sites in Central Scotland, ensuring compliance, providing advice, auditing, & undertaking toolbox talks.

Main Responsibilities: -
• Monitor on-site health and safety using effective internal audits, risk assessments
• Incident and accident investigations
• Contractor H&S management
• Ensuring subcontractor compliance
• Promote, educate, and advise the workforce in safe working practices.
• Prequalification verification and 3rd party duty of care confirmation
• Ensuring ISO accreditations 9001, 14001, and 45001 are maintained.
• CDM 2015 Construction (electrical bias)
• Give toolbox talks and presentations


Essential Experience, Training, and Qualifications: -
• NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH Certificate will be considered
• Auditing of HSQE systems & construction sites
• CDM 2015 training and Advisory capacity of all aspects
• CDM 2015 Construction (electrical bias)
• Auditing HSQE systems & Construction sites
