Health & Safety Officer UK & Ireland visits | Permanent Full-Time | Hybrid | Salary Negotiable | NEBOSH

Your new role
In your new role you will:

• Maintain a robust Health & Safety management system through the development, implementation, monitoring and reviewing of policies, procedures, processes, safe working practices and risk assessment to maintain legal compliance. You will closely work with the global OHS network to maintain corporate compliance too.
• Lead the Health & Safety Committee's work across all legal entities in the UK and Ireland.
• Visit customer sites: site inspections, support teams in safety plan, adapt our risk assessments to reality
• Promote a positive safety culture and provide accurate and clear interpretation of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a NEBOSH and be a chartered member of IOSH and hold relevant experience in a similar matrixed multinational environment. You may have some experience in employee wellbeing and mental health and have strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience. You must hold a Driving License.
