HSE Recruitment Network are currently representing this particular FMCG Manufacturing organisation who specialise in food manufacturing, and are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor.

Role: Health & Safety Officer
Location: Sudbury, Suffolk
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager

Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus package

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive safety culture
• Investigations
• Lead safety meetings with internal stakeholders
• Training and development of employees

Essential Experience, Training and Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
• Proven track record of delivering H&S improvements
• Experience of dealing with regulatory bodies

Ideal Personality Traits:

• Self-motivated and engaging
• Adaptive thinker
• Able to influence, gain buy -in with strong communication skills
