HSE Recruitment Network are currently representing a leading FMCG Food Manufacturing organisation who specialise in food manufacturing, and are seeking a strong Safety Health and Environment Advisor.
Role: HSE Manager
Location: Buxton
Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus package
Seeking a strong professional who will be passionate and engaging in their approach. Looking to develop their HSE career in food manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure that the requirements of all relevant SHE legislation are followed and implemented, and that the Business complies with corporate and legal requirements at all times.
Ensure a positive and constructive SHE culture is prevalent throughout the Business.
Deliver continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environment standards and practices year on year.
Essential Experience, Training and Qualifications:
• Ideally manufacturing experience, although applicants are welcome from any industry sector.
• NEBOSH Certificate, NCRQ Certificate or equivalent
Ideal Personality Traits:-
• Self-motivated and engaging with gravitas
• Adaptive thinker
• Able to influence, gain buy -in with strong communication skills
