Salary: £30,000- £35,000 per annum (dependant on experience) + benefits including bonus scheme
Location: Regional based

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out Safety, Health & Environmental audits
- Supporting branches to ensure that actions are completed in a timely manner and to the standard expected and maintained as required
- Carrying out localised training
- Carrying out accident investigations and ensure root cause is identified and corrective action put in place to prevent re-occurrence
- Providing Safety, Health & Environmental support to Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Manager and their teams/colleagues
The successful applicant will be:
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- A positive individual with high levels of personal drive, enthusiasm and initiative
- Strong team player who actively participates in wider team
- Self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative and to deadlines
Knowledge and experience:
- Experience of working in a Health & Safety role, ideally within a multi-site business
- Knowledge of environmental matters
- Knowledge of the merchant section would be an advantage although not essential
Qualifications:
- Graduate Member of IOSH (desirable)
- Driving licence (essential)
