Quality Manager

A leading manufacturing organisation is looking to appoint a Quality Manager to their site in Rochester, Kent.

The Role:

- The management, co-ordination and continuous improvement of the Company's QHSE Management Systems, processes and cultural improvements
- Act as the SME on all QHSE matters and develop and embed a culture where Quality, Health & Safety and the impact on the Environment are paramount.
- Provide practical problem resolution to maintaining quality, health & safety standards and minimizing the impact on the environment and production down time.
- Develop an effective QHSE team by cascading business objectives, providing support and development to the team

The Candidate:

- IRCA trained
- Environmental Management Certificate
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) Health & Safety Qualification
- Previous experience in manufacturing
