Every day, our lawyers work with clients, giving them guidance on how to stay compliant with health and safety law, advising them on what to do if they face regulatory action and arranging representation in the event of a court appearance. Because there are as many different cases as there are businesses, our legal teams need agile thinking and creative solutions to secure the best outcomes for our clients.

You’ll be putting your wide knowledge of health and safety law and regulation to good use, providing advisory and consultancy services through rradarstation (our team of specialist legal advisers), explaining the way that health and safety law affects our clients and working alongside our teams of solicitors when needed if there is an ongoing enquiry, investigation or prosecution.

In this role, you’ll work with businesses, building strong client relationships based on trust and expertise, undertaking effective fact-finding to discover what our clients need and the challenges they face. From this, you’ll give clients access to other key rradar services they’ll need and appreciate.

During your work, you’ll undertake H&S compliance reviews, workplace assessments and audits for businesses covering a very wide range of sectors and sizes, auditing and evaluating current levels of compliance, highlighting risks and making recommendations for improvements.

Why rradar

Established in 2012, rradar is a specialist litigation and commercial law firm. In ten years, we have grown to over 140 people over four office locations and represent a wide range of clients, from small owner-managed businesses to national charities and large multi-national corporates. All of our clients need representation when things go wrong, and guidance and advice on how to avoid things going wrong in the first place. If you are used to the traditional legal model and the long road to partnership, you are in for a surprise. We operate a different model that will offer opportunities to develop your skills in different areas of the business.

Agile working

Following the lifting of the government’s work from home mandate, rradar has taken the opportunity to look again at how its working model operates.

We recognise the importance of in-person culture and the value of collaboration and cross-team learning within and across the business. It helps drive our innovation, service and product development for our clients.

With this in mind, we have now introduced fully agile working, where our people will be able to decide which days they attend the office “with purpose”, taking into consideration the needs of the business, clients, partners and their team.
