Health, Safety and Fire Safety Manager

An established property management company is currently seeking a Health, Safety and Fire Safety Manager. In this highly customer focused environment, you will provide specialist support and guidance across operations and will require a commercial and solutions based approach to safety management. This is as an excellent opportunity to join a growing and vibrant organisation, and would suit a health and safety professional with proven experience in operating within a fast paced public facing environment. This role is based in the West Midlands

The Health, Safety and Fire Safety Manager will:

• Lead on H&S compliance
• Lead on HSE training strategy
• Work with senior managers to ensure they understand their H&S obligations
• Write reports detailing HSE performance

The Successful Health, Safety and Fire Safety Manager will have:

• NEBOSH/ NCRQ Diploma or equivalent, or working towards
• Experience of operating as a H&S Manager within a retail, property, facilities or similar environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to affect change within teams at all levels
• Effective time management skills, able to self-manage and prioritise workload
