Health, Safety and Fire Safety Advisor

A specialist property management business is seeking a Health, Safety and Fire Safety Advisor to join their growing team. Based from the Midlands, you will service a portfolio of residential properties and office locations, undertaking H&S and Fire Safety risk assessments of indoor and outdoor communal areas. 

The Health, Safety and Fire Safet Advisor will be responsible for:

• Undertake H&S and fire risk assessments on residential property sites, including internal and external areas
• Complete reports on findings from risk assessments to present to Property Managers
• Explain follow-up actions clearly to Property Managers
• Keep up to date with legislative requirements in regards to how they impact the role

The Health, Safety and Fire Risk Safety will have:

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management
• Experienced in undertaking general and fire risk assessments, preferably in a property environment
• Strong report writing skills
• Full driving licence, happy to undertake regional travel
