Your new company
Your new company is a well-known manufacturing business supplying into the construction industry, with multiple sites across the UK.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for Health & Safety & Environmental activities across several manufacturing sites and a business centre. In addition to, you will be reporting to your managing Director and SHEQ Director. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring HSE systems are in place, HSE performance is reported, and hazards and risks are assessed. In your role you will be carrying out routine site Health & Safety & Environment audits, as well as coordinating accident and investigation processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have significant HSE Management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a NEBOSH Certification. You will also need detailed knowledge of UK Health& Safety Regulations. In addition to, you will need to have some manufacturing knowledge and skills to be able to lead and perform site and factory audits.
What you'll get in return
In your new role you will receive a salary up to £50k and a bonus up to 20%. You will also get a group pension and private healthcare. You will be entitled to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
