Regional HSE Advisor

£40,000 - £44,000 plus package

A national leader in construction is seeking to bolster its HSE team in the home counties region to cover Construction projects. This visible position will play a key part in helping to develop its HSE programme and culture in the region. 

The role

- Northern Home Counties 

- Providing site based EHS duties to a range of construction projects, operating in the Principal Contractor capacity

- Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement and tasked with finding new ways of working safely

- Developing excellent relationships with regional and project based construction professionals across the business

- Providing EHS advice, guidance and expertise to stakeholders within the region

- Reporting to the Regional EHS Management team

The individual

- A blended construction background, ideally with experience working for the Developer or Principal Contractor

- A track record of embedding a robust HSE programme across a region

- CMIOSH, or GradIOSH and working towards

- Confident in presenting, engaging and training at a site level

- Environmental understanding is a distinct advantage
