We are seeking an experienced and confident H&S practitioner who wants to take the next step in their career to include the potential development as a director / shareholder.

LAW is a multidisciplined team of HR, Employee Relations and H&S consultants enjoying the challenges of an increasing client workload. We provide professional but practical advice to a wide range of organisations across the private, public and third sectors across Jersey and Guernsey.  We are now seeking a professional expert to lead, manage and deliver services within the H&S arena.

The Board of Law At work have ambitious and exciting plans for the future and are now seeking a professional expert to spearhead, and oversee our ambition.  This role is very focused on leading the team, business development, strategy and influencing change, and requires someone pragmatic, innovative and enthusiastic to help our clients fully embrace Health and Safety in a way that they haven't previously as well as provide professional services to their own client portfolio.

You will need to be a Chartered safety professional, although we will consider those currently working towards CMIOSH or equivalent. In addition, a background in consultancy work would be extremely beneficial, as well as a commercial and pragmatic approach.
