An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior and experience health, safety, environmental and quality professional to join an international leader in telecoms and civil engineering sector, The ideal candidate will have operated at senior level position with exposure to board level and to have had international experience. Candidates from an infrastructure background are desired.  

The Role:

• To lead SHEQ strategy across EMEA 
• Lead a team of 4/5 Senior SHEQ professionals 
• To promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts
• To lead on the continuous improvement of the ISO management systems
• Required to travel to sites in Europe likely once/twice a month depending on travel restrictions 
• Control the SHEQ budget for the business and allocate spend 

The Candidate:

• 5 years plus experience in a senior leadership role 
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent 
• CMIOSH is a must due to contractual agreements with external partnerships 
• Previous experience working in high-risk environments (rail, utilities, telecoms, construction, civil engineering etc)
• Enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is looking to proactively lead SHEQ across the business 
• Previous experience working in EMEA region
