As HSE Advisor you will help line management understand safety processes by building their understanding of theoretical concepts, industry standards and best practices.

You will act as a coach for our Slough site by leveraging and extending its HSE knowledge through personal participation in AkzoNobel expert pools for delivery of the Safety Common Platform and HSE&S Faculty learning programmes. You will also guide the line in developing and implementing HSE&S policies, plans and practices. As HSE champion you will act as a role model for compliance and our commitment to H&S.

Of graduate calibre, holding NEBOSH Diploma or comparable qualification, you will possess strong strategic and conceptual skills. Able to influence others, you will be expert at gaining agreement or acceptance of plans and moving others willingly towards a desired goal or course of action. An effective communicator, you will be used to driving continuous improvement in processes, policies and standards. Results orientated, you are good at solving problems and managing projects too.
