This is an opportunity to join a unique business within Hays as part of the London Health & Safety Hub based out of London Victoria. Hays Health & Safety are one of the market leaders in the health & safety recruitment field and have an excellent reputation across all sectors from Public, Corporate, FM, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals and more... From the London Ebury Hub, the H&S team have a large geographic patch covering London, The South, East Anglia, The Midlands and South Wales. We have never been busier and are looking to add an additional permanent consultant to cover our Private Sector Property, Corporate and FM health & safety desk due to the previous consultant relocating.
This is a warm, busy desk, with an excellent bank of clients and candidates which has been built over numerous years. The Health & Safety team have great market presence, working closely with the governing body IOSH, exhibiting at the annual Safety Expo across 3 days in London. You will need to be able to chase job leads effectively, build strong relationships with both candidates and clients and establish a good pipeline of talent and potential roles. This is a real chance to operate in a large market where client possibilities are endless.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an ambitious sales driven individual to join a successful team, supplying qualified professionals into the Health & Safety industry. No prior recruitment experience is needed, instead we are looking for a bright, commercial individual who can display our core values; passionate about people, ambitious, insightful, expert and innovative. In return you will receive industry leading training and support throughout your career, as well as uncapped earning potential.
Prior experience in a sales or KPI driven role would be advantageous but not essential, however the resilience, determination and passion to work in a highly competitive environment are essential.
