Health, Safety and Security Manager

A global Real Estate and Property Management company is currently seeking a Global Health, Safety and Security Manager. Operating in this diverse and challenging environment you will be required to manage all Health, Safety and Security issues across the property portfolio. Within this role the successful candidate would be expected to lead and manage a small team, maintain ISO 45001 certification and liaise with senior stakeholders, both internal and external. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, innovative and commercially minded safety specialist.  This role can be based from London, Reading or Scotland and will involve occasional UK wide travel. 

The Health, Safety and Security Manager will be responsible for:

• Writing, developing and maintaining all Health, Safety and Security standards
• Managing a small team of H&S professionals
• Supporting teams on a global scale and managing 3rd party suppliers
• Presenting and reporting to the board as required

The successful Health, Safety and Security Manager will have:

• NEBOSH/ NCRQ Diploma or equivalent; ideally CMIOSH
• Excellent understanding of the risks within a corporate environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to build rapport at all levels 
• Experience of and comfortable with working in a client facing corporate environment
