Energy and Innovation Advisor – Hertfordshire – £25-30K + Benefits

Our client is currently seeking an Energy Advisor to join their technical team who carry out a range of services relating to energy performance of buildings. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking their first role within the energy sector as well as experienced hires who hold prior experience within energy performance of buildings. The successful candidate will be trained to become a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor. 

The Energy and Innovation Advisor will be responsible for:

• Carring out energy assessments on domestic properties
• Provide technical advice and support to project teams regarding energy efficiency and low carbon measures
• Carry out desktop assessment of properties prior to attending sites 

The successful Energy and Innovation Advisor will have:

• Prior experience carrying out surveys would be beneficial  
• Happy to stay away from home up to 2 nights per week, full driving license
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Interest in buildings and energy sector
