This specialist Health & Safety construction consultancy is looking for a Graduate CDM and Health & Safety Advisor to join their growing team. They are a financially secure business who have continued to grow the business throughout COVID have continued to grow the business. This position will give candidates experience of working across a range of complex and interesting projects within a supportive environment where you can develop your career. This role is based from their central London office, working on projects nationwide, but with more of a focus in the South East of England. This position is due to growth and it is an exciting time to join a growing business.
The role:
- Carry out the duties and function of the Graduate Health and Safety Advisor and fulfil the role as defined in the CDM Regulations 2015
- Support other members of the technical team(s) as Graduate Health & Safety Advisor and/or carry out duties as requested by your Project Team Leader
- Accompany the Site Inspector or Senior PD/CDMA during site visits and support the production of Health Inspection and/or Monitoring Reports
- Produce guidance notes and assist in the preparation of Health & Safety Audits, Risk Assessments and Method Statements within the business activities, including third party clients
The candidate:
- A Construction or Environmental related degree, or a NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate or equivalent
- Proven organisational and administrative business skills & competent MS Office skills
- Professional, confident communicator, both verbally and written
- A positive team player and committed to delivering high quality output
