The safety and wellbeing of our people is fundamental to our approach, so you’ll maintain a high profile as you conduct inspections and audits, plan reviews, investigate incidents, deliver presentations, develop procedures and participate in training rollouts. You should also be ready to effectively deputise for the Head of HSQE during periods of absence. We’re seeking an ambitious CMIOSH-qualified health and safety professional, although you may hold Tech IOSH and be working towards CMIOSH.

If you have additional IEMA and/or a quality qualification so much the better, however, it will be your deep understanding of construction, your passion for continuous improvement, strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties at every level, that will set you apart. You’ll have the confidence to provide informed, insightful advice to senior management, the flexibility to travel to sites anywhere in the UK and potentially to Ireland, and the determination to develop and progress rapidly as we continue to grow.
