Health, Safety & CDM Consultant - Permanent - 40k + car - Manchester or Leeds

With offices from Aberdeen to Bristol, this role will see you providing an outstanding service to clients on projects from Birmingham right up to Scotland. Your new role
You will be joining the Building Consultancy and Planning's Projects Group where your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertake site inspections and Fire Risk Assessments
- Develop Health & Safety policies and procedures for clients
- Provide sound construction health and safety advice to clients
- Taking on the role of Principal Designer
- Discharging clients duties under CDM2015
- Maintain exceptional client care and undertake business development
- Where required, provide training and present to both staff and clients
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally within commercial or fit out and hold relevant qualifications, either RMaPS or Tech IOSH with an associated degree or equivalent is desirable. You will be personable, proactive and be able to act on your own initiative. It is imperative you have demonstrable experience and knowledge of working with CDM2015 regulations. You must be willing to travel within the UK and have a flexible approach to your work.

This is a full time, permanent position offering a basic salary of £40,000 + car.
