About the role

In this role you will lead on the development and implementation of all property health and safety service improvements and initiatives to deliver innovative services that meet real need and work closely with our tenants to ensure their health and safety is paramount in the work we do for them.

Working as a member of the Property Services senior management team, you will ensure that Health and Safety planning is integral to building, repairing, maintaining and improving our assets.  You will have the opportunity to make a real impact in shaping our future plans to create safer homes for our tenants whilst shaping our response to the rapidly emerging statutory and regulatory obligations relating to property health and safety.

About you

With significant experience in property/landlord health and safety gained in a managerial role in social housing, you will also be an engaging and influential professional able to get buy-in from customers and ensure their voice on safety is both heard and acted upon. Your acquired skills, knowledge and experience coupled with behaviours closely aligned to our values will ensure you successfully manage complex, challenging and contentious situations. You will be passionate about your vocational field with a keen eye for detail and a relentless focus on compliance to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
