A major utilities contractor is seeking to appoint a proven H&S leader to lead a team across the UK.  This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference and would suit a H&S Leader with a track record of influencing change across a widespread business. 

The Role:

- Leading, motivating and developing a high performing functional team of EHS professionals

- Provide expert leadership across the company, including the engagement of client, regulatory and other third party stakeholders

- Supporting and contributing to the wider business objectives

- A UK wide project base

The Candidate:

- CMIOSH calibre individual

- Prior experience leading a high performing team in a matrix structured organisation

- Possessing advanced influencing and communication skills

- Prior experience in a high risk civil engineering discipline (Water, gas, power, rail, major projects)
