We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress their career with a forward thinking, multi-discipline, construction consultancy. This role is a Team Leader position, directly managing a team of 5 and part of a larger team of 20 H&S consultants. The business plan for the business is focussing on growing and expanding this team that you will manage and looking for someone who is looking for a challenge. 

 

The role:

  • Manage a team of 5, mentor and develop the team to enable them to reach their career aspirations and ensuring that delivering is efficient across all major accounts 
  • Developing new business, identifying opportunities within your region and ensuring that tender process is successful 
  • Delivering to clients - predominantly CDM/PD services across a range of high profile, complex projects 
  • Service delivery and engagement with clients at strategic levels

The candidate:

  • Educated to degree level in a construction related field with a preference for a design related degree
  • An understanding of the design process and the principles of risk reduction.
  • A thorough knowledge of the CDM regulations and associated legislation
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
