Health and Safety Manager

We have been engaged by a globally recognised brand searching for a Health and Safety Manager. Within this role you would be expected to lead, develop and manage a small team. Based from the South East, this role will involve dealing with a large variety of risks and the successful candidate can expect to be working in a fast moving and lively environment. The role also involves a considerable amount of international travel and the Health and Safety Manager can be expected to be away up to 3 weeks at a time. This is an excellent opportunity and a truly exciting role.

The Role:

• Providing Health and Safety advice for various events and properties
• Manage, develop and lead the Health and Safety team
  
• Develop and deliver H&S strategy, policy and procedure
• Overall responsibility for the H&S compliance of the organisation and events

The Candidate:

• Extensive events experience is essential
• Flexible to travel internationally for large periods of time
• Have a dynamic and engaging approach, the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Management experience and the ability to develop talent
