Group HSEQ & Compliance Manager

A global manufacturing organisation is looking to appoint a Group HSEQ and Compliance Manager to lead and develop the Group strategy across their sites. As Group HSEQ and Compliance Manager you will be accountable for driving consistency across a number of sites, developing the culture and rolling out policies and procedures across all locations, to improve alignment.

The Role of Group HSEQ and Compliance Manager:

Create, develop and implement the HSEQ strategy across the UK, working closely with the European sites.You will be a hands-on leader, understanding where you can make an immediate impact and what the long-term goals will be You will drive cultural change, bringing HSEQ and Compliance to the forefront Coaching, managing and developing senior stakeholders will be essential, for you to drive change and enable individuals and the business to be more proactiveEnsure standards are met and continually improved uponBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally Development and monitoring of accreditation - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ 45001

The Group HSEQ and Compliance Manager candidate:

Experience of working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally within Chemical / FMCG is essentialProven experience of developing Health and Safety strategies Experience of managing multisite operations NEBOSH Gen as minimum ideally Diploma Experience of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 / 45001Developing and implementing policies and proceduresProven leadership skills – the ability to engage at all levels is vitalCommitted to continuous improvement and operational excellence
