EHS Adviser

We are currently working with a globally renowned Food Manufacturing company, who are looking to appoint a EHS Adviser at their sites in Park Royal, London. The EHS Adviser needs to be someone who has a hands-on approach and is keen on driving behavioural safety.

The successful EHS Adviser will be part of a team who are focused on transforming Health and Safety across the business as well as promoting a safety-first culture.

The Role of EHS Adviser:

Support and guide on various site EHS mattersBuild relationships with key stakeholders across the site, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practiceAudit site-based management systems to ensure full complianceDeliver continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environment standards and practicesContribute to the implementation, monitoring and measurement of the HSE strategy

The EHS Adviser Candidate:

Ideally experience within a FMCG manufacturing or Engineering environmentKnowledge of ISO Management System ISO 14001 and 18/45001 Experience of auditing management systemsProven track record of delivering H&S improvements and managing EHS function Knowledge of GMP/hygiene standards is desirableNEBOSH General as a minimum, ideally Diploma or working towards
