My client is a publicly owned entertainment venue sitting in the heart of London. With a diverse portfolio and a lot of activities to manage, this is an excellent role to get involved with a leading institution.

Your new role
As Health & Safety Policy Lead you will be responsible for developing the health & safety policies and organisational procedures to ensure they are modern and fit-for-purpose. These will cover a wide array of activities including but not limited to: employees, construction, maintenance, visitor and front of house etc... You will be tasked with delivering to the Executive Committee and through liaising with departmental heads completing a new H&S policy over the next 12 months.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to have an explicit and successful track record in developing policy, engaging with diverse groups of individuals and applying H&S legislation in a practical and understandable manner. You will need to hold the NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum, but ideally and desirably the NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent.)
