Your new company
This reputable national logistics company with 200+ sites, is looking for an east midlands based SHEQ training manager to be responsible for the management of HSEQ training programmes and delivery of training across the organisation.

Your new role
This role will require extensive national travel and will be supporting thousands of colleagues in training them up on health & safety. You will be working closely with divisional SHEQ Managers on site, and delivering a wide range of HSEQ programmes including the Level 6 Diploma H&S. You will be required to write and develop training courses in line with current company guidance as well specific needs of the teams. You will also be providing training analysis and looking for opportunities to increase the training offering.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to have comprehensive knowledge of health & safety training, with a formal training qualification such as CTLLS or BTEC Level 4. You will also need to hold a Level 6 H&S Diploma as well as have experience in delivering the course. You will need to be a strong communicator, who is proficient at writing and delivering presentations and is innovative with methods of training and delivery. Any addition qualifications such as NEBOSH Fire, Wellbeing, Environmental are desirable as well as experience in delivering NEBOSH Certificate and developing e-learning courses.
