Health and Safety Manager - 12 Month FTC

We are working with a Kent based Housing Association to recruit a Health and Safety Manager on a 12-month FTC. Within this role you will ensure Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance, manage a small team, and produce reports for the board. Our client is looking for a Health and Safety Manager with an engaging approach, confident manner and the ability to make an instant impact.

The Role:

Develop and implement Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies and proceduresManage a team of Health and Safety professionalsEngage with all areas of the business, providing expert adviceActively promote a positive H&S culture throughout the organisation

The Candidate:

Hold the NEBOSH/ NCRQ Certificate minimum and ideally have or be working towards a Diploma level qualificationExperience within the housing sector or similar environmentsExperience of managing a small teamConfident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills
