Group HSEQ Adviser | London & Home Counties | Sub Contractor | £40-45k

Hays is working in partnership with one of our clients, a Painting and Decorating Sub Contractor, to source an experienced and dedicated Group HSEQ Adviser to advise and support on projects across London and the Home Counties supporting Tier 1 principle contractors on multiple top quality projects.

Your new role

Assisting the Group HSEQ Manager, your role will to help implement and maintain policies, strategies and best practice to ensure that the company, its clients and their supply chain are working in a safe and healthy manner. You will be managing multiple sites and will be expected to manage your time effectively. This role is both health & safety and environment & quality, as this role includes maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 management systems. You will be tasked with driving performance in these areas as well as providing overall general advice to the teams and contract managers.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a NEBOSH Certificate and credible experience in health and safety ideally working across numerous sites, managing your own time and diary. Experience in Environmental and Quality Assurance must be evident as well as the ability to communicate clearly and drive performance.
