Graduate Principal Designer

Join a specialist Health and Safety consultancy based in Central London, who are looking to appoint a Graduate Principal Designer. You will be working on a range of commercial and residential projects across London, building yourself a career in the CDM sector. Our client’s projects include high end hotel and retail complexes, leisure parks and a rage of modern office developments.

The role will require you to aid the team in providing Principal Designer advice to a range of clients in accordance with the Construction Design and Managements (CDM) Regulations 2015. You will help the team ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard while producing F10s, Risk Registers, Stage reports and Health and Safety files.
