As Contracts Surveyor (Mechanical & Heating), you’ll take ownership of cost, quality and time in delivering planned and cyclical maintenance services and contracts associated with our housing stock. You will have demonstrated your ability to manage technical details, CDM and Section 20 procedures, and general H&S.

We support and trust our staff to work as a team and be their best. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, a great pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, plus support for further training to develop your skills and career.
