Associate Director

We are working exclusively on this exciting opportunity with a dedicated Construction Consultancy who offer Principal Designer and CDM Client Advisor services to clients who include architects and major developers. They work on a range of projects both in terms of value and complexity and value the strong relationships they build with their client base. They have grown significantly in the past 3 years and have aggressive growth plans that are already being achieved. They are looking for candidates who are motivated by the opportunity to gain equity and shares in the business as the team grows.

The role:

• Manage a team of 6 in terms of their delivery, supporting key clients and identifying opportunities
• Co-ordinate and execute both CDM Client Advisor and Principal Designer support delivery and add real value to these roles
• Understand the design risk management process and be able to educate clients/architects and other key stakeholders
• Produce CDM/PD focussed report for high value projects and add value, benefits and savings to the client
• Independently support the client on complex and fast moving projects 

The candidate:

• Be commercially aware
• Excellent proven knowledge of the CDM regulations
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate
• Construction related degree
• Drive to succeed and develop their career further
