SHE Manager

We are currently working exclusively with a leading FMCG manufacturing organisation, based in near Doncaster who are currently seeking an experienced Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to join their business. A fantastic opportunity to join a long establish business with a global network, who are big advocates of safety and suitability.

The Role:

• Promote a positive Safety, Health and Environmental culture across the business
• You will provide day to day Health and Safety advice
• You will be involved with carrying out accident investigations, risk assessments, audits, providing training, developing management systems and keeping abreast of new regulations 
• Monitoring and developing Health and Safety performance within the business, ensuring standards and company objectives are met

The Candidate:

• NEBOSH diploma, or similar, relevant qualifications
• You will ideally have some experience working in Health & Safety, any experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Ideally have Piema / good knowledge of 14001
• You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in leading internal and external H&S and Environmental audits
