You will work on an operational Energy for Waste Plant in Hertfordshire. This plant generates 10MW of power, via the burning of 90,000 tonnes of waste at temperatures of up to 850 Degrees C.

The Environmental, Health and Safety Manager will offer expert knowledge and skills to the EFW site in order to generate and promote a positive environmental, health and safety culture.
Responsible for the interpretation and assessing of environmental and safety legislation and any updated information. Reviewing and assessing how this may affect the plant and inform staff of any changes via briefings and meetings to ensure staff adheres to policies and practices.

This would suit someone with an EfW background or someone that has worked on a process plant or a power station.

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
