About the role
We are looking for an experienced individual with a demonstrable track record in quality, health and safety monitoring to ensure all legislative, regulatory and contractual obligations are addressed and fulfilled across the Place directorate. You will ensure that all services and programmes are aligned to agreed standards whilst initiating and maintaining effective partnerships and robust client management with service providers and other agencies.
The successful candidate should be a results-focused manager with a track record of performance to achieve business targets and embed Quality Improvement into service delivery. You will also advise on strategic and operational planning to implement quality assurance and health and safety protocols for services within the Place Directorate, taking on board IOC requirements to help build a safer future.
