This is a great opportunity to help drive effective performance and continual improvement of health and safety in one of the largest Universities in the UK.
You will lead service delivery for one of three University Colleges, which will involve developing and maintaining a systems-based approach, working closely with the Dean and Heads of Department, to embed best practice. Acting as the College’s dedicated person, you will lead and enable compliance with relevant standards and legislation and strive to reach sector best practice standards at every opportunity. You will also deliver an audit and inspection program across the college and in other areas of the University.
You should be confident, engaging, personable and a proven influencer with experience of leading a Health and Safety service area/specific function.
