Health, Safety and Fire Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Health, Safety and Fire Manager to join a facilities management organisation. The role is embedded with a corporate client and will see the successful candidate become the competent H&S professional for that organisation. This role is based in London and will involve occasional UK wide travel. 

The Role:

• Maintain and develop an externally accredited integrated management system for the account, establish an audit schedule to ensure compliance
• Develop strong relationships with operational managers
• Development and delivery of QHSE training
• Manage a small team of H&S professionals, assisting with their CPD

The Candidate:

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. In addition to CFPA Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent understanding of the risks within a TFM environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to build rapport at all levels 
• Experience of and comfortable working in a client facing corporate environment
